“My husband and I were pretty intimidated when we initially started looking around for help with our kitchen design because it seemed like we wouldn't be taken seriously since we're not working with a mansion. We just started growing our family and are fixing up a modest two bedroom so we wanted to keep costs minimal while maximizing our space. “Jimmy did an outstanding job with the design and architectural plans for my 12,000 sq ft home here in Hawaii. Although the project took much longer to get to the build stage (not at any fault Jimmy's), he stuck with his original quote and time frames for billing. We had many meetings together during the design and build phase and made all necessary changes to the plans along the process. And as a result our home won the AIA Peoples Choice Award and a Merit Award with the BIA. The fees i paid were reasonable and the end result was outstanding.”
