“We have worked with Refined Renovations for two remodeling projects. Most recently we had them remodel a dated bathroom with a shower-over-tub configuration to a low threshold walk-in shower. It involved gutting the bathroom, removing a partial wall and rerouting some plumbing to change a wall mount toilet to a floor mount toilet. They installed a custom vanity, all new plumbing, electrical fixtures and glass shower doors, tiled the floor, tiled the shower surround, and installed in-floor heating. We loved the design concepts they came up with. Their design ideas were well thought out and presented. The bathroom decor flows perfectly with the rest of our house. Refined Renovations is a fantastic company to work with. All the workers who came in our home were professional and reliable. We were kept informed about the schedule as adjustments were made. If any issues arose, Refined Renovations would address it immediately and trouble shoot to get the issue taken care of with minimum delay. During the project Refined Renovations kept the mess contained to the work area; the rest of the house stayed clean. We love the finished bathroom.
