A to Z Renovations

“A to Z reno did a great job with the renovation of our brownstone in the park slope and I recommend then highly. The process was very smooth and transparent right from the beginning when I first had the site visit with David. He provided me with a detailed plan on what the renovation with cover as well the cost. With other contractors who I called to get an estimate, I got a very rough number which did not provide me with much confidence. With A to Z the only time the cost changed was when we added additional scope that was not part of the original plan. Throughout the renovation I worked with Matt, Max and Giselle to make sure that the design was completed and project work could start and complete. There are always some unforeseen things that come up in renovations and nothing always goes to plan, but with A to Z, I feel we worked as a team to resolve them. David was always always to hop on a quick call and help put me to ease with next steps. One thing I really value is that even 6 months after the project complete date, if there are any small issues that come up, A to Z is always available to send someone over to resolve them. So you dont feel like you are on your own post project complete”

“I'm not going to sugar coat it. It's going to be expensive but it's going to be worth every penny. As someone on a strict budget, I have yet to be disappointed. With very little knowledge and experience in the architecture/design world, when my husband and I decided we would like to look into remodeling our home "the right way," we spoke to a few local and national architecture/design firms but after exchanging a few emails, connecting with Oleksii over video call, and seeing some of his work in progress at a local job site, it was clear that no other firm could compare. The Vanguard Development team walked us through their process and has made sure we are comfortable every step of the way. We started with and completed the strategic planning phase in mid-2023 and started the design phase over the summer of 2024 and are working through a few more spaces before we get into the next phase. I know this sounds like a long time, but as a working mom of three kids and wife to an equally ambitious husband, this is the exact pace I want and need to go. Want to go quicker? There is no doubt Oleksii and his team will deliver. You get what you pay for and more. Oleksii and team are perfectionists almost to a fault! They will figuratively roll out the red carpet for you and bend over backwards to ensure you are happy with the results. By the end of the project, you will find yourself with a space beyond your dreams and imagination. The best part? It can be your new reality.”

“Peter and the entire Essential team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped us redesign our kitchen and family room into a spacious, open, and inviting area. The transformation was remarkable, and they perfectly captured our vision for the space. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Living through a renovation isn’t easy, but they made the process as smooth as possible. The team was respectful, professional, and reliable, consistently leaving the site clean at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend them for their exceptional and innovative ideas, quality construction, and true professionalism. We cannot say enough about them.”
