We told them exactly what we were looking for and they delivered. We are right now in the process of building this home which has impressed everyone that has come by looking at its progress. They even did a plot plan for us setting up the house on our lot which was helpful for the contractor. He is always open to my input in design, and always has great ideas where I am struggling to make something come together just right. He has the ability to take my thoughts from chicken scratch and scribbled drawings on notebook paper and turn them into useable construction documents. When working with our custom home clients, Charles always treats them as though they were long lost friends, and works with them until he gets everything how they want. My relationship with Charles began when I was a superintendent for another home builder, and continued once I branched out on my own.
