“Great service and very professional remodeling company. We contact Mayer’s Construction and remodeling for a bathroom remodeling estimate. They were very nice on the phone and very respectful so we booked an early meeting including me and my husband. After receiving multiple offers from Others, they seems to be very knowledgable and gave us more logical ideas and more information about our future Bathroom Remodeling we had in mind. We hired them after 2 days of thoughts, and they came ready To work and showed us the exact schedule on this project. After less then a month we had a brand new remodeled bathroom. We are very exited to have this done with this professional people. We are happy we choose them for this kind of project and would like to recommend to other as well. Thank you very much. ———- Updating this has we have been hired again this great company, this time we choose to redo our front and back landscaping. We did worked on our idea for about 3 months until we got a firm design with the materials selection but the process wad extremely fast. “We asked Jill and Rich to work with us on an extensive house addition. They were truly with us as partners through the entire process. First, they knew the city regulations so well that they were able to help us maximize the useful square footage of our lot. They then proposed several designs that we hadn't considered, and really helped us choose a plan that worked for our family's needs. I love that they came up with many wonderful architectural touches that gave the addition a feel that blended with our craftsman style old house with the modern touches we were after. Small changes like moving a doorway a few inches really helped with the flow of the space. We've felt really fortunate to be able to have their careful attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work within our budget. Overall, it was a total pleasure to work with them and I would love to work with them again on future projects.”

“They just finished up the interior remodel of my master bedroom and living room. It took about 23 days to finish all the things we wanted done to both rooms. The company communicated effectively and performed the remodel above and beyond our expectations. Any ideas we had were incorporated into the final design in some way to satisfy our needs. The design team was brilliant and didn’t rush their creative process, which is why the final product turned out beautifully. Thanks again for your commitment towards this remodel. “Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.”

“We worked with Alexandra for a rebuild of our home, upgrading it from a 3bd/1.5 bath to a 4bd/3.5bath while adding a second floor and changing the layout of the house dramatically. We chose Alexandra based on two critical expectations: that she would be good to work with (after all, you spend countless hours with your architect on a very expensive project), and that she would share our philosophy regarding the importance of combining form and function in house design. We were very lucky to have chosen her. Alexandra indeed spent countless hours with us. She paid careful attention to our wishes and needs. She worked patiently through every detail of the house, helping us maximize not only our living space but also important functional aspects of the house. From beautifully located and proportioned stairs to storage for kids backpacks under an entryway bench and built-in cabinets to roof segments and their slopes, everything was thoughtful, detailed, and practical. Alexandra also showed great professional and personal skill in navigating the permitting process, developing a good relationship with the city’s planning department that allowed us to enjoy all the benefits of the zoning code. She was always ready to help and mediate successfully when issues inevitably came up with our contractor. She followed through with everything she said she would in an even, friendly, and professional manner. We are delighted with our home and, truth be told, also take joy in the many compliments we get from anybody who visits our home or even passes by it. Alexandra was wonderful and we can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions. I highly recommend Erik if you are looking for a great team that does top notch work and keeps you very close to what is happening and strives to give you exactly what you want. They are super. Some of the work Erik did in our home is featured on his site today under "Whitaker"”

“Kathy Rogers and her team at Sogno Design Group created a fabulous design for my kitchen. She listened well and incorporated the features most important to me. She provided 3 conceptual designs that were all great options. After I chose one she guided me through the decisions I had to make and the resulting design was a significant improvement. I now have a beautiful kitchen. Kathy was a pleasure to work with. Notes: the project cost below is for Sogno services only. The construction and appliances cost significant more. Architecture services were approximately 10% of the total. The photos attached are by homeowner and include some old furniture that will be replaced.”
