“Perry House Plans team is an excellent choice when you want a well designed home. They had a design that we liked but there were some changes and additions we added to it. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they delivered. We are right now in the process of building this home which has impressed everyone that has come by looking at its progress. They even did a plot plan for us setting up the house on our lot which was helpful for the contractor. Before we decided on using them we had looked at their web site and enjoyed seeing all the aesthetically pleasing exterior design and great floor plans.”

“We used Ten Key to remodel our kitchen. Our house was built in ‘94 in Chisholm Lake when fluorescent lighting, formica countertops and drop soffits with cut outs were big and I loathe them all. We had our cabinets painted, drop soffit removed, granite installed, backsplash added, can lights installed, and hardware changed. Everyone was so attentive and listened to any concerns from the design process to the actual remodeling process. We had some hiccups and had to extend the project out due to shipping delays and needing some fixes. We were kept in the loop on what was going on the whole way. When the project manager and owners would come by to check on progress they reviewed things that I never would have thought to look for myself. They were honest about if anything needed to be fixed and made sure it was taken care of.”
