“As the owner of Arizona Paint Department, I value our professional partnership with Mel Alva and her team at Alva Interiors. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They provide precise 3D renderings and clear project plans that relay exactly what is needed before we even begin. This level of communication eliminates guesswork, making it much easier for our crew to complete the project with a high-quality, professional finish. Alva Interiors runs organized job sites and maintains a collaborative atmosphere built on mutual respect. It’s a pleasure to work with a firm that understands the build side of design so well. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a streamlined, top-tier project experience. — Arizona Paint Department”
The Ranch Mine
Green Building Companies in Phoenix
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 22, 2023
“My husband and I did a complete re-build design with The Ranch Mine. We fell in love with how their designs bring in the old with the new and pay homage to the community and surroundings of the property. There are many meaningful architectural elements that tie in throughout their home design. We feel like our home tells a story and has meaning beyond a normal design. So much detail and thought is put into textures, sunlight, placement, sizing and the angles of every part of the home. The entire Ranch Mine team made our home building experience easy, enjoyable and fun. We hope to be able to do another project with them in the future.”

“We had a covered deck added to our two-story home in 2008. It turned out exactly as we imagined. We love having the extra shade downstairs as well as a shady deck upstairs. It also created more space to put a solar system on our house. Tri-lite got the work done on-time and within budget. We were very pleased. This year we noticed a leak at the edge of the roof above the deck. The adhesive for the flashing had dried out. This was a flaw in the available material for building adhesives, not in workmanship. Despite being past the warranty period, Tri-lite split the repair cost and let me choose the company to perform the repair. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with their support and willingness to back their work.”
