Floor Plan Companies in Prescott

“We recently completed a bathroom remodel project with Mountain Modern Construction. Rand and Ellinor were a true pleasure to work with. Rand is very experienced with construction and very good at estimating what is necessary to complete a project. Ellinor has impeccable taste. Her knowledge and expertise in pricing and selecting appropriate materials including tile, flooring, countertop, sinks, toilet, and fixtures is exactly what you need to complete a project that is pleasing to the eye and within budget. They were very sensitive and conscious of budget restraints. They also completed the entire project within the estimated time frame!! Their lead worker, Juan, did an exceptional job coordinating with sub-contractors and troubleshooting when a problem arose. He was on time and worked diligently every day he was here. I would highly recommend Mountain Modern Construction, Rand and Ellinor, for any remodel or design project you are considering.”

“We feel very fortunate to have found such a competent and professional company to handle all of our drafting and design needs. Todd is very knowledgable and is always available to answer questions and make adjustments to plans. I highly recommend this company.”

“Truly spectacular results through Noble Heritage Builders. We have been in our home for a week now and not a day goes by without me noticing the amazing details accomplished under the supervision and detailed workmanship of Wily Addis - our assigned supervisor. The finishing work is truly beautiful. Noble Heritage Builders can be proud of the results. Wily, himself, is a true professional in his work and ability to work with. Doug Noble was always available to face any issue or problem, and quickly set about to remedy when needed. Doug has years of expertise to face and recognize possible problem areas, and come up with solutions. He even went above and beyond to provide drainage at our very large glass doors, forseeing the possible weakness of the plans. Randy was involved in a lot of the ordering and timeliness of products, staying abreast of each phase of the project. Then I would be remiss to not mention Dez and Jeannie who are tackling all the paper trails, book-keeping and appointments. It was such a great team. One gets honesty, integrity, ability to tackle and solve problems, excellent workmanship, with many professional sub contractors. Ours was a home started during the Pandemic when there were escalating prices, shortages both of products and personnel. All of this, Doug took in his stride very successfully. We are beyond thrilled with the home delivered to us. It actually was a pleasure to go through this building process with Wily and Doug and Randy, due to the competence, care, thoughtfulness and expertise offered by Noble Heritage Builders. Thank you to all of you. We actually became family and we will miss the daily dose of "building together".”
