My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Finding a contractor you trust and one that does great quality work seems harder than it should be. Fortunately we were recommended to Erik and Ebcon by a woman who was helping us think through some work we needed done on our home that included lighting, painting, plumbing and creating a new "man cave" in our basement. From our first meeting we were impressed. We have now been working with Ebcon on several projects for the past 2 years and are thoroughly pleased with the work his team has delivered. Erik and his team put a very personal touch and a high degree of care in their work which included weekly face to face meetings to review work and progress and discuss the inevitable changes or unexpected issues that pop up as work begins. Ebcon has repeatedly met and in some cases exceeded our needs and the high touch high communication has been great at identifying issues quickly and collaboratively resolving them. Since my wife and I lead busy lives, Erik has always found a way to pick times even super early in the morning to come by and have our regular updates and discussions. I highly recommend Erik if you are looking for a great team that does top notch work and keeps you very close to what is happening and strives to give you exactly what you want. They are super. “We hired Eugene to architect our home remodel in Willow Glen. He did an outstanding job and we would recommend him without hesitation. Eugene listens to what his clients want and turns that in to a workable architecture. He made many excellent recommendations along the way and always kept the budget in mind. He also did a fantastic job of making the new house fit in with the neighborhood, something that was important to us. We will definitely hire Eugene again next time we do any type of remodel or new construction!”

“I don’t usually write reviews- but this team deserves it! Best experience working with someone from the home-renovation business & worth every penny. Greenberg’s team did a fantastic job on adding a 780sqft In-Law unit with a custom kitchen, master suite, hardwood floor & lots of recessed lights. We decided to work with their home-designer and went for modern style. The unit came-out outstanding and they actually met expected deadlines. Their customer service and work ethic was exceptionally good. Whether you have a small or large job, I couldn’t recommend Greenberg Construction more highly.”
