“We hired Charles to help turn a vacant, 100 year old craftsman house into a multi-use commercial space. The process involved working with the city planning and building departments and providing them with all the necessary drawings to obtain permits. Charles quickly produced accurate as-built drawings and design drawings that incorporated commercial kitchen design, ADA upgrades to renovated kitchen and bath, as well as insightful design details throughout the renovated space. Charles' drawings facilitated the often confusing permit process. The completed renovation has been a huge hit with the community and the multiple small businesses that have taken up residence in the renovated office spaces. Charles knowledge of the building has subsequently helped one of those businesses complete small additional upgrades to obtain their operating permits.
