“I wanted to put in writing how much we have appreciated working with the Green Room Design Build Team. It all started with us securing a flyer from one of your very cool display signs. Getting a return call from Courtney, energy you could feel coming through the phone lines, and then meeting Jake (if you look up charisma in the dictionary I think there is a picture of Jake) for our first meeting at our home, made it clear we were on the right road for our remodel adventure. The manner you approached the bid process, using pictures you had taken and clearly showing you understood what we were trying to achieve, was unique in the process of talking with potential contractors. One of the most compelling features of our project is the tongue and groove ceiling with stunning beams. Lowering the ceiling to allow for HVAC vents was both a functional innovation you devised, but also brings an extra warmth to the room. This was a true example of Design Smart, Build Well. Thanks Josh for helping out with our project and dropping by to assist. We enjoyed meeting Matt too and appreciated his muscle to move the mantle into place. It is bittersweet to be ending the project as we won’t be seeing Landon. We will always remember the energy and care brought to the process by an amazing and dynamic team. The finished project is beyond our original dream and we will always be indebted to the Green Room Team for making this dream a reality and helping us come home to excellence.”
