“Choosing Matthew Fowler as the architect to handle the renovation of our new Florida home turned out to be a no-brainer. We'd seen his work before and once we met him and got to talking things just fit together. He's very professional and really listened. We kind of knew what we wanted but weren't sure the best way to make it happen. He wound up giving us three different looks. The one we went with (which had ideas we were totally not expecting) transformed our deck into an attached great room and gallery (my wife's a painter and I'm a photographer), gave us a much more imposing entryway and took amazing advantage of the natural light. The guy's good. And easy to talk to. He got us everything we wanted and a whole lot more. Going over the plans was a fun process. All in all a really good experience. Building is set to begin soon. The place is going to look great!”

The A2O team demonstrated extensive knowledge of local regulations and the restrictions imposed by virtue of being located in an historic zone. The team was able to come up with innovative solutions to operate a modern business within those restrictions. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The finished product was remarkable.”

“We hired Will at Terra Mar after a reference from our contractor. Our project was originally to be a modest remodel of a home built in 1980 in Tavernier Forida. Will returned a set of preliminary plans/designs as we had requested that addressed what we had envisioned. Fortunately he also provided a more comprehensive and artistic set of designs for us to consider. We eventually selected these designs that although more costly for the construction will give us a terrific residence that we will be very happy with. As the design progressed Will was very responsive to changes that we thought might be improvements and would also provide additional alternatives. We could not be more impressed or confident with Terra Mar and would highly recommend them for consideration for anyone's architectural design .”
