“Toby and his crews from NEPA Builders did an outstanding job from concept to completion on an extensive renovation of a home in Elk Meadows. We purchased our house at the end of June, had architectural plans and a contract with Toby by the end of July, and permits by early August. Construction was nerve racking for us, but Toby was on the job and keeping things moving. Amazingly, he even helped my wife lock in the colors, rugs, countertops and more.. Something, I was unable to accomplish. By the end of November, the renovation was complete and he and his crew even came over to help bring in the hot tub- clearly above and beyond the call of duty. We have been in the house for a few months and love it - all good, even better than originally planned. A lot of little surprises, but each and every one was dealt with calmly, and fairly.
