I had the pleasure of working with Thomas on the design and permitting of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He did an exceptional job, thoughtful, creative, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how well he listened and translated my ideas into a space that feels truly personal and functional. He brought a clear vision, great taste, and attention to detail, while also being practical and solution-oriented when challenges came up. The end result is a home I love living in every day. It reflects my style, fits perfectly with the landscape, and feels effortless. I’ve recommended him to others and will continue to do so, his work speaks for itself.

Thomas came well-recommended from a mutual friend and after working with him on the design of our home's remodel, my wife and I completely understood why! He is an extremely knowledgeable, kind and present person in general and those attributes contribute greatly to his success with our project. We had a pretty complicated task in nearly doubling the size of the small 3BR/2BA cabin we purchased but Thomas made the process easy on us and we love how creative he was in finding solutions to the various problems that arose. Thomas was always prompt in his responses to our inquiries, thorough in his work and welcoming to suggestions and ideas. We will definitely be using him in any future planning that is needed and recommend anyone looking for a great designer to give him a shot!

I cannot say enough positive things about Thomas, his professionalism and the quality of his work. I found Thomas’ company online and contacted them because my designer at the time was absolutely incompetent, the drawings she had provided were incorrect, incomplete and in some cases, written in Spanish. I contacted Thomas on a Tuesday, and he responded though he was on vacation in Italy with his family. He asked me to send the plans as-is and he would take a look at them. When he returned two days later, no doubt jet-lagged, etc., he made all the edits I needed in addition to creating a response letter and a list of changes letter necessary for the city, both letters I needed but forgot to ask him to complete but through his experience, he knew what I needed and provided those letters. His final product was absolutely perfect, they went through the city without any corrections and, he did them in basically one day of work. I would whole-heartedly vouch for Thomas and his ultra-professional work style and product. I will have another project coming up in a year or so and will not hesitate to call him for another round of pain-free, professional, cost-effective work. I cannot praise Thomas high enough, he is an incredible gem.

We used Thomas for a garage build. He was amazing. He made the process very easy, and went above and beyond throughout the project. He coordinated with the engineers, and gave great advice during the permit process. He responded quickly with all communications. It was a pleasure working with him.

Working with Thomas and 11.11 Studio was an amazing experience designing and building our dream home. He was very responsive and had a strong grasp of local building code and design compliance. Given that our project was a very unique design and construction he did an awesome job of coordinating with engineers and integrating all the pieces and reaping to the county comments.
