My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

2 Point Perspective is a boutique eco-architectural firm operating in Chicago. We provide green architectural and interior design services that lead to elegant, modern buildings and interiors. With help from our talented staff, we work closely with both residential and commercial clients to translate their visions into well designed spaces and buildings which reflect the unique attributes that our clients bring to the project. Our projects range from Passive House designs, zero energy home designs, sustainable architecture, LEED homes services, as well as kitchen and bath designs.

My wife and I met with several general contractors and designers to get an idea of the cost to redo our kitchen and much needed repair to our addition room. We were very pleased with Lisa at 2 Point Perspective. The difference with her and her company is that they had great ideas, design, and detail that the other companies did seem to have. We did not realize how much it cost to redo our project so we are holding back until summer/fall of 2019 but will be calling Lisa back. We highly recommend Lisa and 2 Point Perspective.
