Since its establishment in 1996, the philosophy of 7 DESIGNS + DEVELOPMENT, reflects strong commitment to fulfilling our client’s needs through design excellence, technical proficiency and timely service. We emphasize design for people and strive for design excellence. Our practice is predicated on an interactive design process between the designers, the client and the end users. We foster a collaborative process that produces strong design concepts through understanding human needs. We fully believe that a broad vocabulary of environments enrich both the individual and the community. Our designs reflect contemporary needs and aspiration through understanding of context, history, culture and architecture of the region. We bring to each assignment the energy, talent and astuteness necessary to pinpoint the problems inherint in the design and implementation of complex and demanding projects. My family and I searched for an architect to remodel our house that was built in the early 1970s. After an extensive inquiry, we were very impressed by 7 Designs and we selected them for our design and construction. The estimated time of completion was met accordingly with no delays. Along every stage, Baray & his creative design team constantly communicated with us. Throughout our design & construction process we felt comfortable with their design ability, service, and overall professionalism. We would definitely recommend for anyone and we already plan to work with 7 Designs in the near future to renovate our aging backyard.

Baray Karim is a phenomenal designer. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. Baray and his team were always available for phone calls, texts, and e-mails. There was never any waiting around for them to respond and, in a competitive market, that was a very valuable thing to have. With our budget in mind, Baray was able to find ways to cut cost for us but at the same time, gave us what we desired with our home remodeling needs. His judgment and his honest feedback was priceless. I highly recommend Baray and his team!!

First off I wanted to say it was a pleasure working with this amazing company and Mr. Baray himself. The renovation that was made to our home was absolutely wonderful. The overall design of our home was exactly what I envisioned and he was able to make it a reality. We completely remodeled the kitchen, living room and stair case. Baray’s passion for design and his in-depth knowledge, good taste and extremely high standard for quality design was second to none. Baray, Abdul and Shirin were very helpful in giving us suggestions as to what would work/look nice allowing us to be involved in the decision making process of our home. We also appreciated their flexibility in making adjustments to our plans so that we could stay within our price range. We highly recommend 7Designs+Development. They helped us to build our dream home by focusing on the big picture as well as small details. They were able to keep our project on budget and on time.
