I highly recommend Jim Felmlee as an architect, thought partner, and design guru. Jim took the time to learn a rare zoning code and meet with city officials, he patiently explained the creative magic to my logical brain, and he rode the waves as my project took different forms and cost points. Jim advocated for the intent behind the project by using creative design, while incorporating the character of the surrounding (and fast changing!) neighborhood. He consistently held my project in regard and poured out his heart to maximize the use of small spaces, the flow of people patterns, and the aesthetic appeal. Jim with AGAPP is a great guy to work with! Jim designed a master suite addition with ADA accommodations for my mother. After meeting with us and listening to what we were looking for Jim gave us a few designs with some suggestions to make design even better than what we first envisioned. Jim explained every step of the design, planning & he supplied us with some contractors to get quotes to go the work! The addition is everything we asked for! I would recommend including AGAPP in your search for architects. You will be totally impressed!!

Jim was a delight to work with as we look for architectural expertise as we renovated our mid-century home. Jim easily assessed our needs, and offered the right level of service.
