Michael prepared the plans for our house. He came to the site and interviewed us extensively to make sure he understood our wants and needs. The plan he gave us reflected his understanding of what we wanted. We made some minor changes which Michael incorporated in a timely manner. I will definitely call him should we ever need any building plans in the future.

Michael helped us design our home extension. It was so great to work with him. He was always available to answer my questions and he had some great suggestions that helped the project take shape. He is very knowledgeable and when it came to working with my engineer he always communicated well to make sure the project stayed in compliance. He measured our home, listened to our ideas and within a few days he had prileminary scetchs down and even send us 3 d renderings of what it was going to look like. Michael goes a live and beyond for his clients and his talent will show through your final product

In the absence of an eloquent narrative, let me be succinct. Adamant Design Group delivered plans for my wife's and my dream home, our forever home. They took the specs from us and the builder, and transformed that into plans which far exceeded our expectations. They were also quick to turn things around and help us with changes when we identified elements we wanted to move around at the last minute.

Project costs vary depending on what the client requires of us, but projects usually average between 1-3% of the construction budget. It's not that much when you look at the whole picture, and it can add up quickly, but floor plans are the most important part of your project so it's vital that your plans are as close to perfect as possible.
