APM architecture

Adriana is talented, creative, and very responsive. She offers excellent insight and feedback based on her extensive background. She has been a wonderful asset to our modern home renovation.

I found Adriana (APM) on houzz to help with an early 60's mid-mod renovation that was going to the studs, including a brand new layout for the main floor. I had a good idea of what I wanted, and thought I only needed drawings for a permit set. What I did not expect was her design changes that converted my idea from a 3-bed, 3 1/2 bath to a 4 bed, 4 bath layout that is simply outstanding. I highly recommend APM for any design work, and especially for projects require an architect with talent, creativity and commitment.

As a fellow architect, I had the pleasure to work on a project with Adriana and was really pleased with her skills as an architect and her creative solutions. I selected Adriana Padilla to design my dream house. Planning and building a custom home is a daunting task, but Adriana was there, every step of the way. From the initial planning through the move-in day, she provided thoughtful guidance over the course of the 18 month project. She had great ideas and the flexibility to work with mine. I was thrilled with the finished home--Adriana had successfully made my dream home a reality!

APM architecture owner, Adriana, was the most creative, organized, and kind architect I could possibly imagine hiring. Her work is impeccable and she took my general remodeling ideas and brought them to life while enhancing them from every angle. She is an out of the box thinker that was very conscious of making the designs functional and budget friendly as well as fabulous :) I would never consider hiring a different architect on any of my future projects and will always recommend Adriana to family and friends for ALL projects needing her services. This remodel is turning my current home into my DREAM home!!

As the landscape designer on a project requiring additional work on the home, I asked Adriana to meet with the client to see if she could update the house while I worked on the pool and landscape design. Together we were able to come up with a scheme that could successfully tie the landscape and interiors together. I enjoyed working with Adriana and she had very good ideas. We collaborated successfully and were able to deliver a design that the client is thrilled with.

Ive worked with Adriana on a few projects now and she's always the consummate professional. Very easy to work with yet with strong ideas, she is a perfect compromise of the person that I want to work with.
