Wow, were we fortunate to have selected Jenny as our architect! Of course, we did the usual due diligence interviewing several architects and were confident that Jenny was the best but we had no idea of just how good she really is. Jenny incorporated virtually every item on our lengthy wishlist into a beautiful design that has perfect functionality. She had amazing patience and attention to detail that resulted in us building the home of our dreams. And she was also wonderful in helping us navigate the challenges of working with our town’s historical review committee. She even helped us find a great builder after our relationship with a prior builder fell apart. Jenny has essentially become a close friend and we look forward to sharing many special moments with her in the years ahead.

We commissioned ArchiPlicity to design a custom home on the water in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The lot topography, our desire for one-floor living and our goal to design an “age-in-place” forever home presented a number challenges. Starting with a clean sheet, Jennifer incorporated our list of wants and over the course of 20 months worked with us to continue to refine our home - offering invaluable advice on every element of the design. As we were remote, she coordinated Zoom meetings in which we continued to update and modify the plans. Jennifer’s knowledge of state and local building codes and technical expertise resulted in construction documents that our builder was extremely pleased with - resulting in a painless build process for us. Throughout the entire process, Jen was sensitive to our preferences, listened well and a joy to work with. We highly recommend you consider ArchiPlicity for your project!

We have only great things to say about partnering with Jennifer and ArchiPlicity on our kitchen remodel. Jenny is an excellent architect - very knowledgeable, creative, flexible, good communicator, and very easy to work with. Jenny was very sensitive to our desire to preserve the antique character of our 1853 home, while making it work for modern life. We recently completed the renovation of our two family New England house. Jennifer Birnstiel from Archiplicity was our architect. We redid the floors, windows, changed room layouts, removed some walls and much more, including new mechanical systems. Jennifer is creative and has a keen esthetic eye. She was also very efficient and accurate with her drawings. She understood all the technical and structural issues well and how they interplayed with one another. She did the electrical plans. She helped us choose materials, colors and lightning. She was very punctual and always prompt in her communications. She took a lot of responsibility in supervision and earned the trust and admiration of all our contractors. We very much enjoyed working with Jennifer. I can’t say enough about ArchiPlicity and Jenny’s talents when it comes to unlocking a home’s potential. Her work reconfiguring to open up my 1971 expanded ranch when I first moved in 6 years ago helped me create the home I knew it could become. She gave me the confidence to do another renovation with her help, raising the roof for a remarkable loft addition this year. Thanks to her talents, we reimagined a simple ranch as a Cape Cod cottage style home. There were a few complicated issues but she found the right design elements to make it all work. The one thing that doesn’t amaze me is the number of stunned comments I hear from my neighbors who can’t believe how perfect the “new” home looks. I wouldn’t ask anyone else to make this vision real for my home.

We have just completed our project in Mashpee. From the first meeting Jenny has been very professional, listened to our wishes and needs, and made thoughtful and creative suggestions. Through the design period and supervision of the construction she has been easy to work with and always available. This was a long distance project for us and it was reassuring to have her supervise and visit the site during construction and keep us up to date with the progress.
