We had a very positive experience with Tony at Arctek Design. We came to him for plans and permits for a basement and main floor renovation of a bungalow. He was creative in solving design problems, often done in real time while we met to review drawings.

We hired Arctek Design Consultants to design and create drawings for our new house. Arctek was very helpful from the very first over phone conversation. The design process went amazingly smooth thanks to provisional and knowledgeable help from Arctek. After the design process drawings were created by Arctek in few days. We had only one minor correction to the first version of the drawings, and we were amazed with a lot of custom solutions that Tony had implemented into the design. Just to mention few, custom walk in closets for each bedroom in the house, amazing pocket doors design for our second floor kids bathroom and many other. During construction process Arctek was extremely helpful in all related questions we forwarded to them, and all questions were quickly addressed.
