ArcWest is a competent team that interacted well with our ideas and helped guide us to the most efficient design that maximized our budget. The team did not push unwanted or overly complicated designs during the project and was sensitive to the surrounding homes in our area to make sure that final product fit the environment.

Really happy with ARCWest's help in remodeling our 1890's Victorian home in LoHi including expanding our kitchen and moving a bathroom. We felt they were very responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

I wanted to take my older house (1913) and add an addition with a more modern loft feel and a few odd requests (like a steel beam for aerial rigging). I love the finished result and I love the response I get from guests! Part of the project included revamping existing areas, making the kitchen and floor plan more usable and updating utilities. We ran into a couple of zoning snags but Kevin and his team worked through them, and they recommended a great contractor. With any old house you are likely to have surprises- but with this team we were within the expected budget and finished with a few weeks of the expected date - even with a snow storm that delayed some work!

I reached out to several architects in the area before settling with the ArcWest team. From the start, it seamed as if we were all on the same page. As a builder, I understand the value of a good design and an architects viewpoint. At first I thought I had a pretty good vision of what I wanted but ArcWest was able to take it to the next level and completely exceeded my expectations. We are in the first stages of adding a second floor to our home. We contacted a handful of architects. Kevin at ArcWest came to our home to meet for the first time and he had already researched our property. He patiently talked us through the process and his vision for our home was in line with our wants/needs.

Kevin from Arcwest designed and helped us build our dream home! The design process was really seamless and he has been a great source of information when we needed help during the construction. We contacted Robin about a build and remodel on our 1950's ranch in Englewood. After interviewing 5 or 6 different architects, G.C.'s and project managers we determined that Robin had the right combination of creative eye, skilled listening and attention to detail we needed as newbies to a project of this scope. We appreciated the way he clarified our communication to glean our must-haves and offered solutions we hadn't considered. The final plans went through the Building Department without a hitch and within budget. We are relieved that he and our G.C. communicate well and respect each other's expertise. We are now in an excellent position to move ahead with the project in 2015!

Robin Adams and Arc West were wonderful to work with on our latest project. This collaborative team was professional, timely, and very thorough. Being in the business for a number of years, we can appreciate an architect who listens to his client's desires/needs and executes a design that encompasses that vision.

Working with Robin and the team at ArcWest was easy and fun. We added a master suite to our 100 year old home - turning a small bedroom into a luxury master suite with deluxe bathroom and closets. Robin and team were creative - utilizing every inch of the space we had to work for us. The project grew in size and scope because of their great ideas. We are so pleased with the results and will look forward to working with Robin again for our next renovation project.

The importance of the relationship between Contractor and Architect can’t be overstated. From my perspective, as a G.C., it is of course critical that an Architect render drawings that are thorough and that can realistically be executed within the client’s budget. This means incorporating critical construction details from the outset, which ultimately facilitate the construction process, allowing it to flow as efficiently as possible, which in turn helps control costs. But we know it is equally important that an architect be able to create inspirational drawings that fulfill the client’s aesthetic. Fortunately, in my experiences working with the partners of ArcWest, I have found that they consistently fulfill these requirements and expectations. ArcWest provided architectural services for our remodel project in Louisville, Colorado. the house was approximately 70% remodeled interior and exterior. We loved working with Kevin and are very pleased with the results. It has now been over three years since completion and our remodeled house is still the "talk" of the neighborhood.
