We had the pleasure of working with Steve Ardington of Ardington + Associates for our first development, 6 semi-detached homes in Ottawa's Est-end. Steve was very professional and his assistance and support throughout the project were greatly appreciated. Steve was always available when needed. He also listened to our comments/concerns and addressed the issues so to make our build easier. We are looking forward to working with Ardington + Associates again in the future as we were very satisfied with the final product.

Our little family had the absolute pleasure of having Steve Ardington design the renovations and addition to our home. He came highly recommended and delivered on every promised, on time and with care. Our existing home and special requests presented many challenges to Steve. We had purchased my grandmother's 1950's house with the intention of making it our "forever home." We asked Steve to take the small, two-story house that worked well a generation ago, and turn it into open, 21st-century home with a nod to the Craftsman style.He did it and we love everything about his design and our new home. Despite its radical make-over, it still sits well on our little street and we have had nothing but compliments since the work was completed. Steve is professional, friendly, and flexible. He knows the industry and is able to make suggestions that we could never have imagined! He is talented and insightful with an eye and mind for design.
