We have had the pleasure of working with Rick on a new house design in Longboat Key. His design and vision for the home was incredible, We are developers and this experience with Rick was so refreshing. He combined a great plan while keeping a focus on cost effective solutions. We are beginning construction soon and can not wait to see this become a reality.

Commented: How many feet back from the road does this home sit?The front of the garage is 30 feet back from the curb. The covered entry is about 35 feet back.
