We loved working with Jeff, Rebecca and the team. We appreciated the time they took to get thr process right, incorporating our ideas with theirs and navigating between spouses who sometimes had different ideas. Designing was an excellent process that resulted in both of us loving his drawings.

We can't speak highly enough of Jeff, Whitney and the whole team. We are so happy with our new apartment. Jeff transformed it with his unique vision, but did it in a way that truly honored our own aesthetic. Right from the beginning we felt that Jeff understood our needs for solutions driven by both design and practicality. Jeff responded to every challenge with calm, creativity and incredible attention to detail. He acted as our project manager as well as our architect, showing awesome negotiation and problem-solving skills on our behalf and staying on the job until every issue with contractors was resolved. We would work with him again in a heartbeat and now consider him a friend – not only is he excellent at his job, he’s also a really good guy.

My husband and I hired Jeff and Ana to redesign our awesome loft space. They took note of all our needs and presented options for us that we NEVER could have thought of ourselves! I was so impressed and happy with the results. They worked professionally and creatively. Beyond that we had the BEST time working with them. They really took care of us and truly became our friends. Our only regret is that we aren't still meeting with them! My last note is that I used to work as a structural engineer. Everything that Jeff and Ana presented was well thought through and practical in the technical realm as well! Hire barc if you want a thoughtful, creative plan for your home and if you want to have a freakin' awesome time doing it!

Babienko Architects was recommended to us and after meeting with Jeff with the first initial walk through, I immediately liked his views and ideas. We purchased an older home that needed an extreme makeover in the kitchen area and basement and I loved the ideas that he came up with. Jeff and his team were wonderful to work with. They were great keeping on top of the contractor and we ended up with an amazing remodel.

We interviewed 3 local architects for our major remodel and Jeff distinguished himself with an entirely different class of ideas and vision for the project while keeping within scope and budget. We chose to work with him based on this quality, and it proved to be a great decision. Every time we were faced with a major structural or budget hurdle (and there were several), Jeff was able to design a solution that delivered what we wanted in the project within the given constraint - incredible. We love our new space, in ways we had not anticipated when just looking at the plans. From vision, to project execution, Babienko Architects really did great work. They also built a solid partnership with our builder, and this paid dividends as the two of them were able to identify and resolve the inevitable problems that arose without drama or intervention on our part. Phew.

I purchased an older home in need of extensive renovations and selected Babienko Architects provide the design. Jeff & the team at Babienko Architects were an absolute joy to work with. Throughout the process they listened and collaborated with me to create the best design possible for my needs. In addition to creating a beautiful and functional plan they helped me screen & select the general contractor while also serving as the project manager. Their advice and wise counsel was invaluable to me especially since this was my first time remodeling a home. I'm now happily living in my dream home all thanks to the team at Babienko Architects. I highly, highly recommend them!

I would never do a home project without Jeff Babienko. He has seen us through a few major remodels in a couple of homes and each has turned out fantastic. Our latest remodel was extensive change of our first floor that also involved flipping a staircase and making changes in some upstairs walls. Our new spaces are amazing. Totally opened up the rooms, great light and flow. Our kitchen is the jewel of the remodel -- gorgeous cabinets, floors, new appliances and the space is where everyone hangs out. We love the contemporary look -- making our house warmly modern and highly functional. Jeff even found us great tradespeople to do the work -- each was a great craftsperson. Not that I am about to go do a huge remodel again, but if I did, I'd pick Jeff!

After hearing countless horror stories about the remodel and construction process, I have to say that architect Jeff Babienko and his team at bARC have made the journey better than we could have ever imagined. His approach, vision, professionalism and attention to detail are nothing less than top notch. Babienko has a very thorough up-front exploration process that we thought a bit excessive, but discovered that it is this very process that allows him to steward the project with all the nuances of "feel", aesthetic and functionality that we were after with the remodel. While we forgot certain elements of what we wanted along the way, he and his team did not. It was amazing! The entire journey was a very collaborative, seamless and an entirely transparent process. His expertise as the interface with the construction team was invaluable and we can't imagine having done it any other way. We won't work with anyone else!
