Baesemann's Architectural Design and Build

I alway been handy but didn’t have any construction experience. I decided to take a year off work in and adventure by completing an owner builder project of a 2b/2b guest house. I made a few calls and architects were out several months on plans and their fees were no were near my budget. Someone had referred me to Lisa Baesemann. Upon calling she immediately was very informative about city codes and took the time to help me gather a general idea of the size of the guest house I would be allowed to build. It wasn’t about the money; she didn’t even mention it. I felt she was just helping as a person helping another person. That’s when I decided to ask her for a quote on developing my plans for the city. She emailed me a quote soon after talking. I was blessed to have found her. She had my plans completed timely and priced very reasonably. Her and Mr. Baesemann came out to my property and was realistic about my goal giving me great advice. Mr. Baesemann was right to plan going over budget lol. Mrs. Baesmann was skilled in developing the floor plan and detailing the plans for the city. I was able to contact her whenever I had a question. She listened to my requests and added her experience to make them better. Owner building was the most challenging thing I ever did. I think next time I’ll pay the Baesemann’s to do the whole project. I am thankful to God that I was able to complete it. The completed floor plan is soooooo beautiful. The Baesamanns designed and remodeled my kitchen, den and laundry area and did an amazing job. We went on a 3 1/2 week vacation to Australia. When we got back the project was nearly done. This included removing walls and installing a new support beam. It was so beautiful I just couldn't believe the transformation. I love it.

They were wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job! It was a major kitchen remodel and went very smooth and did not take as long as most remodel jobs I had heard about. Would absolutely recommend Shane and wife Lisa for any project.

Lisa is a great architect to work with. She's clear with her plans, open and honest with the client, and communicates well with the subconsultants. I couldn't recommend her more.
