Barbara Ruggerio was the architect for my home renovation project which consisted of a kitchen remodeling, conversion of a garage into a great room, and a basement update. Barbara provided thorough and detailed designs that gave me the confidence to proceed with my project. Her work resulted in a creative and efficient usage of our space. During every stage of the project Barbara made herself available to answer any questions my husband and I had and provided valuable advice about the project’s design, construction, and related zoning requirements. Barbara designed my house renovation, both inside and out and did a great job. It is over 10 years ago and I still get compliments about the design. We actually changed the orientation of the house so that it faced one street instead of the other so the design part was crucial. Her design was both attractive yet practical, which was important to me. She made great use of the space but kept it attractive. She also worked very well with the Contractor throughout the project. In general I liked working with her - she took my ideas and input well and made changes accordingly or took the time to explain to me why her version might be better. She was also very helpful in coordinating with the town when part of my project required a variance. She helped with all facets of the project and kept us moving. I would (and have) recommended her highly.
