The job was expanding the footprint of my house by about 350 sq. feet in order to add a bar and a home for my pool table - as well as a sun room next to our indoor pool. The design was completed promptly and professionally. As work proceeded, Boaz brought in structural engineers to confirm necessary elements of the design which had to remain in place. In my previous career, I designed and supervised the construction of music recording studios so I'm not new to dealing with architects / structural engineers / and the building trades in general. I found Boaz's work to be "top shelf" and was actually quite surprised at how affordable his excellent work was!! My fiancé and I are looking to purchase other property for development, Boaz will be "first call" when we get more serious about actually designing our "last house" [we're retired senior citizens - she wants to move closer to her kids / grandkids... but in the meanwhile, I want a place I don't want to leave which is why we're doing the improvements to the NY house].

Working with Boaz was a pleasure, Hid honesty and great personality made the work a great experience. We worked on a construction project from scratch to full blown renderings and 3-D models in Revit. his understanding of the actual work done in the field helped a lot to avoid headaches in the field. Boaz is the best in the line. I met other architects before I used him and you cannot compare. He understands what I need before I'm done the talking. He is professional but yet courteous enough to make me feel important. He has a very good imagination for ideas and can bring it all to real life. I had some issues on one job and he smoothed everything out. With him, nothing is a problem.. Love his personality too btw:) Yes, I would highly recommend.
