We couldn't have had a better experience with Bob. From our initial discussion with him, and continuing all the way through the plans-drawing process (including a number of revisions after initial completion of the plans), he was professional, incredibly responsive, and perfectly captured our vision for our new home. He bent over backwards to ensure every feature we wanted made it into the final plans - and within the square footgage we were trying to hit. Beyond that, we felt like his pricing was extremely fair - and ultimately, a fantastic value. We would highly recommend!

Designing and building a house is a ton of work, so I'm not quite sure I would do it again....but if I did, I would definitely reach out to Bob! He worked with us tirelessly to make sure that the ultimate design was the home of our dreams. From the first draft, to the last draft, he listened to our needs and wants and gave insightful feedback about pricing, materials, etc. He was also extremely patient with our design process which got stretched due to the introduction of a builder and a designer that all had suggested edits based on current trends and their personal preferences. Now that 13 months have passed since we were pencils down with the drawings and we're in the final 4 months of construction (the interior detail work), I can speak from experience that the architecture was executed as planned with no issues. I even recall our builder commenting when he learned of the architect, that they have never had any issues executing Bob's plans, but it wasn't always the case with other architects. Apparently, many of the the less experienced architects forget to leave sufficient space for ducting, plumbing, etc so it can be quite challenging for the builders to execute critical functions of a house, but never with Bob. Bob was amazing to work with! He is incredibly talented and was able to help us bring our vision to life (despite our struggles to articulate / conceptualize what we wanted). We were very pleased with our experience with Bob as our architect. We initially hired a different architect and ended up having communication issues, and we were not getting the result we wanted. So Bob took over our project mid-way through and ultimately got us the result we wanted. Bob was extremely communicative, responsive, timely, straight forward, and honest. Exactly what we needed! Before our first meeting, Bob sent us a list of questions about our family and schedules as well as “must haves/nice to haves” to get an idea of who we were and how we lived. At our first meeting he showed us his preliminary plans based solely off the questions and we were blown away by how closely his plans matched our needs and dreams! Going forward we only made a few minor changes to the original plans because he had listened so well to us upfront.

You NEED Bob Anderson to be your architect. Period. When I started thinking designs for our house, I worried that I would be able to translate what I envisioned in my head into something that could be put on paper. At our first meeting with Bob, I handed him a pile of pictures that had inspired me, a collection of 3 or 4 house plans I had clipped from various magazines, and a list of random things I absolutely had to have in a house. I basically said, "Here...take this mess and make a house." Bob NAILED it on his first draft. I was astounded! Of course there have been a few minor tweaks here and there, but they are MINOR! I don't know how he did it. Bob LISTENED to every word we said. He was patient. He was thoughtful and remembered every detail. He was easy to talk to and genuinely just a nice guy. We have been so fortunate to work with him on our new home and highly recommend him. K & N Mc.

Bob Anderson is an outstanding architect and professional. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him on our project and trusted that he had us taken care of every step of the way. Bob is personable and extremely responsive making it easy to work with him. Bob, has done an outstanding job of designing our new home. He is very easy to work with and I would highly recommend. His recommendations probably saved us several thousand dollars. Easy to get a response from, and takes his business seriously. My builder said his plans actually made building easier, as his plans actually worked.
