Kevin Coffey designed our home in Belle Meade, and the result is both timeless and livable. Our house blends classic architecture with modern flow — elegant details outside, open and comfortable spaces inside. Kevin’s sense of proportion, attention to detail, and collaborative approach made the process smooth and the outcome exceptional. Our home feels rooted in tradition but perfectly suited to how we live today. What impressed us most was Kevin’s attention to proportion and detail. He knows how to weave in formal touches — millwork, ceiling treatments, balanced façades — but without making a house feel stiff. Instead, he creates homes that live comfortably in the present. He was also collaborative and attentive throughout the design process, guiding us with confidence but always listening to our ideas. The result is a home that feels rooted in tradition yet perfectly suited to modern living — a place that feels like it belongs in our community but is distinctly ours. Kevin Coffey doesn’t just design houses; he creates homes that tell a story and stand the test of time.

We absolutely love the addition Kevin designed. We had a long list of things we wanted in our 100 year old house, but wanted to make sure we stayed true to the character, integrity and history of the home. Kevin’s design did just that and also ensured that every new space is functional and purposeful. Not to mention beautiful!

We cannot say enough about how fortunate we were to work with Kevin on our home. When we started looking at architects, we (like most people) focused on the architects' portfolios to come up with a short list. Although Kevin's artistry speaks for itself, he brings so much more to the table than artistic talent. He is a great communicator and a very good listener. As a result, he was able to produce an initial set of drawings that took what we pictured in our minds and rendered these dreams in real life in short order. We got exactly what we wanted in a rapid timeframe and were able to move onto construction without delay. We truly can't thank Kevin enough for the beautiful home that he has created for us. Kevin is an incredible architect. I worked with him during my new home build with Castle Homes in Brentwood, TN. He was very attentive during the entire design process and effortlessly blended our ideas with his own and came up with a masterpiece. We did a Modern Tudor design which blended classic and modern elements and the results were stunning. I think that one thing that really stands out about Kevin is that he truly loves his craft and the amount of creativity that comes up with the job. Kevin recently designed a massive renovation of our 1950's ranch and we could not be more pleased with the end product.
