The owner of this , Chuck, is a delight to work with. I have special needs; I am 63 years old and wheelchair bound following a severe stroke. Chuck has experience in designing for aging-in-place and for the wheelchair bound. Chuck listened to my needs and designed a lovely home for me. He is very responsive and most patient. Chuck has also facilitated the bid process for selecting a builder, making this process quite easy for me. In addition, I am very pleased with the builders he has introduced into this process. Chuck has made this process most enjoyable; I am so pleased that I chose CM Oliver Architects. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

C.M. Oliver Architects did an excellent job designing our dream home. We were working with a small lot in Old Metairie, but Chuck was able to design a home that fit all our wants and needs and looked as beautiful as we could imagine. He was so easy to work with, responded quickly with any changes that were needed, and was very patient with us (as this was our first home building experience). When there were questions, issues, or design dilemmas, he would call in person, discuss issues at length, and work very hard to get our home designed in a way that was functional as well as beautiful. As the actual building process started, he came out to the site on multiple occasions to check on the progress of his designs. I would highly recommend C.M. Oliver Architects to anyone looking to design a new home or renovate an old home.
