Working with Alex and the Cadaxx team was a great experience. Their use of technology to scan our house to record as-built conditions for the permit set was very efficient and accurate. As an added value item, they provided a rendered 3D model walkthrough of our proposed renovations which helped visualize the space and a capture the design intent. Overall, the permit process was pretty smooth as minimal comments came back from the Building Permit Planning Office as the permit set Cadaxx submitted was complete and OBC compliant.

Detailed and professional approach. We have discussed our project, Cadaxx has taken the measurements, coordinated the plans with the other professionals (i.e. structural engineer), provided us with the plans on time, and handled the permitting process with the City. Great experience!

We have made some back and forth change of the design and even after the 1st pan has been approved by the city. He has shown great patience and accommodated the change under the restriction of small space of the bungalow. Finally, we have our dream plan approved with 4 Bedroom/4 washrooms all with showers:) We are very satisfied with Alex's job and his office staff as well such as Stacie who has assisted us lot on the smooth communications for HVAC plan design and permit process. would like to recommend Cadaxx to my friends.

Cadaxx and Alex helped me with the design for an extension on my home. They prepared drawings that went through the building department at the city without problems. Most importantly, they were really creative with the use of space and land, really flexible with design changes. I was thoroughly impressed and have confidence in them. I found them affordable as well. I elected not to proceed with any work, but if I had, I would have used the plan and drawings Cadaxx gave me. I hired Cadaxx team to help me with the bathroom renovation. I was very pleased with the professionalism and level of service I got. The team keeps abreast of the most recent design, their suggestion were practical and a best fit.
