Ryan Adanalian with Caddis was the architect and job captain for my project. Fantastic work is what he provided. I had not handled anything like this before and he was most patient and helpful at each step of the way. Throughout the project he provided regular updates even when things were moving slowly outside of his control. I don't post many reviews, but Ryan's professionalism needed posting and public recognition. Thank you Ryan.

I have worked with Bryan and Kristen on two amazing projects, both net zero houses in the cold mountains of Colorado. Their designs are timeless. Whenever I walk into my current house, I feel happy. People routinely stop me outside to tell me how much they love it, and they can only see the exterior! It is so unique yet blends into the Colorado mountain town style seamlessly. They design houses that are not just beautiful but are green, efficient and made to last. They are terrific to work with, very professional and meticulous but also just great people. I have nothing but positive memories, which is saying something when building a house!

We had a mid-century modern home that needed an addition with congruent styling with the existing architecture. We didn't want to screw it up so we hired Caddis to solve the riddle. A year later it was finished and looks great. We included Tons of steel work, including a steel stairwell - which I love. Lots of southern facing glass with stunning flatiron views. They were easy to work with and they kept us on track. The building plans were complete w/clear detailing for us to follow. The process was easier than I thought it would be, and really a lot of fun to go through. Kristen Uitto was my contact there and a pleasure to work with as was the rest of the people at Caddis. Our company has provided clay walls on several Caddis Architecture projects. Their design work always strike strikes me as creative, accessible, beautiful and perfectly relatable to the client. Bryan and his team have an extensive understanding of green building, which is important and rare. We have also worked with them personally on our home kitchen remodel... Bryan was able to figure out the problem of getting more space in my kitchen that I had been trying to solve on my own for years. The results are amazing!

I recently worked with Caddis to design a home I'm building in Boulder County. The timeline took longer than anticipated but they did an excellent job designing the home and working to ensure all of the needs we had were being met.
