Steer clear of this company. I requested designs to remodel my home in Belleville, convert a 2 bedroom 1 bath into a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Pretty simple and easy task. They logged between 18 and 30 hours at $95.00 per hour to create a 2 bedroom 2 bath, which was not the scope of work and demanded I pay for the service. On their website they say they give you blueprints and discuss issues as it continues, why did they not ask me about the 2 bedroom design before proceeding? It was a scam to pad the hours, extremely unethical, unprincipled, and unprofessional service. Buyer Beware in this case.
