She worked through my insurance adjuster's worksheet, cognizant of prohibitive costs without jeopardizeing the develop of archetectually sound plans. She was very knowledgeable on current municipal codes. The blueprints were beautiful! She made herself available, as well as Tom, the engineer, whenever my building crew needed to speak with them. Together, they consulted on code upgrades, resulting in.significantly higher levels of reimbursement. I can't wait for my job to be finished! My garage is going to be really nice and well-built. I am so glad I went with Capital Architects. They laid the foundation for success!
