Curt and Sam were excellent to work with. I really appreciate their eye for detail, fine design, and high quality. They listen first, and develop a great sense of what their clients' needs are, then gently add their own influences to the project. Overall, just a super design team.

Curt Carpenter “doesn’t do ugly”. Yesterday a stranger visiting the open house next door knocked at our front door. She was so impressed with our house while viewing from the neighbors that she felt compelled to walk over and ask if we would be willing to sell it. We were not surprised. A number of years ago my husband and I decided to remodel our home. When we met with Curt the only thing we both knew for sure was that we wanted a second floor. As we sat together and discussed our vision, it soon became apparent that my husband and I had vastly divergent views. Curt listened patiently, nodded and smiled. Periodically he would let out a “Hmmm”. On his departure I was sure he would choose not to return. I was wrong. A few weeks later he bravely entered and presented us with his drawings. Staring at the unrolled drawings in front of us both my husband and I let out an audible gasp as we exclaimed in unison “THAT'S IT!” We couldn’t be happier with the results of Curt’s work. He is a delight to work with and extremely capable. The combination of his innate abilities combined with his excellent schooling, knowledge of materials and keen eye as he continues to gather new ideas from his extensive travels is evident in his final results. Value is his byline. It is a joy to wake up every morning to our beautiful surroundings.

We hired Curt to design a porch to the front of our boring colonial style home. We were ready for an updated look and wanted a covered porch to sit and relax as well as provide shelter from our NW rain. The house and yard had some challenges and we weren't sure how Curt would overcome those. Well, our covered porch and front entry are completed and we couldn't be more thrilled! It gave our boring house a fresh, elegant updated look. What is so impressive is that it looks like it should have been built that way all along. Everyone that comes to our house comments on how beautiful it is. The details are amazing!! It instantly added value to our home. Curt was also so fun to work with. He is not only talented but genuinely nice! I highly recommend him!!

Curt Carpenter, was the architect of our dream home. Not only is it a home but a piece of art! Curt made the project fun and easy. He followed the project through to completion and even today consults on items with the house.

We first consulted Curt when we were trying to solve a problem with plans for an addition to our home. He efficiently resolved that issue after asking and listening effectively regarding what we were trying to accomplish. In later years we had him design an extensive master bath remodel and then a major whole-home remodel. He and his team are excellent on both straightforward and higher-end building solutions and their attention to both the bigger space issues and the fit-and-finish details are outstanding. Highly professional and great to work with as well and very reasonable in cost.
