CastleView 3D Renderings

Kathy was 100% wonderful to work with: it's to be expected that she knows her craft and is skillful with the technology (and the taking of measurements/photos/etc.), but she is also a wonderful *listener.* She takes her time with clients, asks good questions, and LISTENS to the answers. She studies the room and you can just see the wheels turning... :) And then she comes up with wonderful, innovative ideas. But if the client says "ahhhh - no, I can't quite go there - but could you try this for me?" - she's more than happy to do that. You know how some "experts" can look down their nose at you and greet anything YOU say with an "I know better than you do" expression? NOT HERE. Ms. Moore loves ideas, whether they come from her head or yours. And she understands that you have lived in your space for a long, long time, and there might be limits to how much change you are ready to make. It's that human touch and understanding that I think are crucial in projects like this. Kathy met with us for over an hour initially, and over the next couple of weeks created several iterations of plans and renderings. We did a lot of correspondence by email, and she is excellent about covering every detail/request, even in long emails. She is a pro, and knows that attention to detail is crucial in projects like this. (The attached photos are two of the final renderings; see the red kettle? That's ours! It looks just like home - but better. I can't wait to begin the actual work. :)

This is the second project Castleview has done for us. I typically refrain from recommendations, but this is deserved. Kathleen prepared a 3D design for us to help us visualize a proposed remodel project for our home. I highly recommend having the 3D design done for such an occasion as it really helped us visualize and tweak some items that were hard to fully conceptualize with 2D designs. Kathleen was professional and patient with the process as well as reliable. I would recommend her services.

CastleView 3D has been instrumental in helping us as homeowners articulate the vision we have for renovations to our house. Before we do any renovation, we work with Kathleen to create a plan for the project. We have worked with Kathleen to develop extremely detailed plans for several large construction projects. These plans become a core means of communication with tradesmen and facilitate pricing and execution of the job. The 3D models also are very well received by building inspectors and other regulators. Kathleen is great – she is a true professional and enjoyable to work with. She built a virtual model of our entire home immediately after our closing. We estimate that for every $1 we spend with Castleview 3D, we save over $5 by eliminating change orders and reducing wasted materials or time. Kathleen was easy to work with- she was prompt in her responses and understood the specs the first time. Any delay was caused on my company's end and not her's- and the quality of the finished product was excellent.

I have admired CastleView 3D's work for quite some time. I just recently had an opportunity to hire this company to create realistic drawings of my design vision for a church interior that i have been working on. Because i have been working with a group of 30 to 40 people, it has been challenging to communicate design concepts. Once I had these 3D renderings to present to the group, all my ideas were brought to life and my vision was rendered beautifully. These drawings 'wowed' the entire group. I would definitely hire this company again and I recommend them to any other designer, architect or developer.

Kathleen does excellent work. She did model interiors, building exteriors for our company, as well as an outdoor pool amenity area. All were just beautiful. She worked both with our company's plans as well as using her own creative ideas when necessary. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Kathy is a true professional! She has all of the qualities that I was looking for when I decided to redesign my kitchen and master bathroom. it is just a pleasure to work - in fact share in the creative process- with kathleen moore and castle view 3-d.. what started as a fun "why not try it " evolved into dynamic and critical tool to analyze design and build our house .. the plans for our $500,000+ house were in her hands and it is simply a far better house than it would have been with just our 2-D plans ... prompt- always available - best money i spent on this project. Kathleen was able to take our ideas and turn them into visual reality, giving us something to focus on as we move through our reno project.
