Jamie was incredibly helpful during our site selection process. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of three different sites. He visited the sites on multiple occasions. His use of pictures and video, including drone footage, enabled us to feel present during the process even though we were out of state. He is a pleasure to work with.

There is a lot to consider and a bit of a leap of faith is needed when deciding to design and build a custom mountain home in Big Sky, MT. This is particularly true when you take on the project while living in the Southeast. We needed an Architect that was creative, experienced, budget conscious and could act as a trusted adviser and project manager throughout the entire process. After meeting Jamie and his team at Centre Sky, the decision was an easy one. Centre Sky has since delivered every step of the way. We had owned our lot for many years in Big Sky before choosing with the help and recommendations of local friends Centre Sky Architecture to plan our dream house. Jamie Daugaard and Sam Tomlinson worked patiently and tirelessly to help us get the design of our new home on paper the way we imagined it in our minds - which wasn't easy given that our ideas were always evolving. They listened to our initial thoughts about the basic style, size and layout, presented design ideas and options to us and helped to guide our thoughts to come up with the perfect house for our Big Sky location. They brought to the table creativity, discipline, and experience to ensure the whole project would be a success. The idea of building a new house was very daunting for us and Centre Sky made sure that the process stayed on a smooth track, that decisions were made in an orderly and timely manner and that all the myriad details and technical issues were expertly dealt with. During the construction phase Centre Sky has remained active in our project and maintains an excellent working relationship with our Builder to ensure that everything goes to plan. They are always ready to provide input and guidance where necessary. We're extremely happy with our experience with Centre Sky.

We are lucky to have found Jamie and his team at Centre Sky Architecture to design our dream house. We had been thinking about it and planning it for a long time and thought we had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted. Somehow Jamie, Sam and Mariya created plans that captured perfectly our lifestyle and who we are as individuals. It is nothing like we had visualized on our own -- it's so much better. He created a beautiful indoor / outdoor living environment, interactive structures and landscape, and was very helpful in our goal of building an energy efficient house. Rarely do you find both incredible creativity along with such a well-organized business process. The detail in the construction drawings and their working relationship with our builder has been amazing.
