Founded in 1979 by Albert F. Cheatham, our firm consists of 5 architects + 3 designers + 4 interior designers + 1 office manager. Our specialties include Educational (K-12, technical school, university), Residential (single family, multi-family, apartments, condominiums), Churches (worship spaces, fellowship halls, family life, education buildings, campus planning), Recreation (golf facilities, community centers, recreation centers, gyms, natatoriums, park planning), Arts / Civic (museums, art centers, performance places/spaces, social service centers), and Business (retail, offices, mixed use, manufacturing facilities). However, we always welcome the opportunity to take part in a unique architectural experience. Our fees are competitive. Want to go over the top with your project, or does your pro-forma require a strict design budget? Either way, we can work with you, and you will receive excellent value for your design investment. We are accustomed to working on a percentage basis, but please tell us how you prefer to pay us -- retainer, hourly rates, lump sum, per square foot, or do you have an old Indian motorcycle you want to trade?
