Christina Amey Architect LLC

Christina Amey Architect was the BEST decision we made when we decided to build a new home in Ocean City, NJ. Her design ideas were more than creative (the picture used in this listing is actually the turret over our bedroom space) & the overall final rendering was amazing. We live on a lagoon & Christina was able to take advantage of every inch of water view even turning the living room on an angle to assure sunset/water views, something we never imagined. Here we are 8 years later & there is NOT one single thing we would do differently. Personally, Christina aims to please. Her pleasant & accommodating personality makes her shine. She visited months after we moved in & mentioned that some of the dishes in the kitchen rattled a bit as we walked in that room. Next thing we knew, she had the builder (at her own expense) reinforce with additional support under that area of the house. We would never have noticed that slight irregularity if she had not brought it to our attention. We could not recommend Christina Amey more highly!

Christina Amey designed a beach home for us in Ocean City, NJ and we could not be more pleased with the result. She is perceptive, creative, and an easy person with whom to work. She was always available for any questions and her appointments were always on time. Christina is very knowledgeable regarding the building codes in Cape May. It helped make the application and permit process much easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone building in Cape May or the Cape May County area.

We had Christina design our retirement home. Her and her team did an outstanding job guiding us through the process!! We couldn't have had a better experience with Christina Amey. She listened to all of our wishes when we had our initial meeting. While we expected to be told that some of our wishes could not be accommodated based on our property size, we were tremendously surprised to learn that every aspect we deemed important was included, and she is so creative she vastly improved on our design ideas. In summary, she hit it out of the ball park - our final design was everything we hoped for and more! In addition, Christina remains very accessible throughout the construction of our home.
