We received important information from Chris as to how best to place our building after the move! His insight as to its placement on Lorain Ave provided a safer location than at the sidewalk! I asked for a double porch on the back of my house because I knew I wanted an outdoor space off my dining room and to be able to sleep outside in the summer on the upper floor. I had no other ideas than that! Christopher@Architects LLC came up with a beautiful design at just the right level of detail and elegance. He had lots of suggestions to make the space more comfortable and produced plans that the builders had no trouble following. Visitors love it and we live out there all summer. Just what we wanted!!

My wife and I have been working with Chris on a major renovation to a home, and he's done an excellent job. His design work has been imaginative, and he took the time at the outset to get a good understanding of our goals and tastes. He was thoroughly prepared for the interrogation we had to go through with the city's architectural review board. He has been excellent in dealing with our contractor and sub-contractors, identifying several mistakes I would have missed and working with them to create a better end product.

Chris was one of a several architects we interviewed to design our first floor renovations. From the first visit, he was professional and patient and really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and to figure out how we could accomplish our goal of an open floor plan. Each interaction with Chris was productive and he was up to taking on the challenge of updating our unique layout. He did not leave any stone unturned and when we finally decided on a floor plan, he worked to ensure it met all of our practical needs as well as our dreams. He assisted with making sure the installation went according to specifications. Chris genuinely cared and made sure that we were satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with and we are so happy with the design!
