I needed a renovation done on my house and I needed someone that could design this for me. Darryl Cobb did an EXCELLENT job in giving me ideas, developing the plans, and working with the contractor to make sure everything was in line for the contractor to get the permits. Mr. Cobb even checked up on the finished work. I would definitely use Cobb Architects again.

I hired Daryl and his team to create permitted construction documents/plans for a commercial building renovation. The project involved the renovation of a very old, poor condition, 10,500 sqft open free span warehouse space, with a small interior office demolition needed. The space was converted to a franchise doggy daycare with overnight boarding. The franchise required very specific construction specifications; and Daryl and his team worked well with the amount of provided information, as well as the details that needed to be solved according to my specific building requirements. They worked quickly in the short amount of time allotted to complete the work. We were under pressure to get open quickly, and the only hold-up was dealing with the permitting agencies. Cobb Architects coordinated the needed structural engineering, MEP, and permitting requirements very well and timely. I would gladly work with Cobb Architects again on a commercial project or my personal residence!
