We really loved working with Corrie on our project. His communication was excellent, never too busy for a call or in person meeting/site visit. He was very patient with our endless ideas and produced a very high quality design brief, including numerous options that really helped us to get a feel for the best options for our space. The quality of Corrie’s plans meant planning went through easily, even in a tricky “conservation” like area with quite bold proposals! Corrie was also able to recommend other excellent professionals, including structural engineer and surveyor for third party wall schedule, both of whom we were very happy with. He was there for us throughout the build and never too busy to answer questions or offer moral support and guidance when dealing with difficult suppliers. Corrie has been fantastic from start to finish with our house renovation project. He was professional, responsive and well organised and therefore was very easy to work with. In terms of creating our floor plans, he listened to what we wanted and came up with ideas that we hadn’t thought of to significantly improve the end result. He had great attention to detail and produced high quality plans on time with everything we needed. Corrie also provided guidance and support above and beyond what we expected in tendering and contracting builders which we really appreciated. We needed some supplemental information and input for our project, and Corrie provided us with great drawings which were exactly what we were looking for. He turned it around quickly and professionally, and we'd definitely recommend his services.

We had been trying for a while to figure out how to convert our top floor loft space into two bedrooms for our kids. We also wanted to adapt our en suite into a shower room but were unsure on a suitable layout and how the space would work. Corrie listened to our rough ideas and was quickly able develop a layout which would work and is exactly what we needed. Even though he usually works on larger projects, he happily took this on for us, did a great job, and we would highly recommend him and are planning on consulting him for our next project.

Corrie has recently helped us to come up with some new ideas on how to reconfigure our house. My husband and I had been going round in circles about how we could fit two bathrooms into the house. Corrie came up with fresh ideas that we hadn’t thought of (and we had thought a lot!), so we will now be able to have the en suite we have always wanted. Corrie is practical but also uses imagination when looking at a space. We have valued his advice immensely, as we needed a creative approach on how to make use of fairly inflexible rooms and he provided just that - with options! We felt that Corrie’s experience working on both hotel and housing projects, made him perfect for us, as he knows how to make things work in small spaces but also understands how people want to live, so his suggestions are both valuable and visually appealing. I can’t recommend Corrie enough as an architect and on top of that he’s a genuinely lovely person.
