We are working on a multi-phase/multi-year residential renovation with CwA+D. The first phase includes master bedroom and bathroom renovations with the labor completed by my husband and myself. The second phase includes the living, dinning, laundry, and kitchen areas to be built through a contractor. CwA+D provided permit expediting and architectural services to support this work. We appreciate the attention to detail and patience with our multitude of questions and requests throughout the design process. We’re now starting phase two of our renovation and look forward to continuing our relationship with CwA+D.

Candace was very professional yet very personable. She did a great job researching our property and letting us know the different possibilities. She was very thorough and we were able to get all our questions answered.

CWA+D graciously helped us on two office renovation projects in Austin and we were very pleased with their detailed design and architectural insight. Having professional drawings, elevations, pre-selected materials and construction details from CWA+D made the bidding process a breeze and allowed us to filter through contractors quickly. The first space did not work out, because after factoring in the expense to tailor the space perfectly to our needs, we quickly realized the lease rate was such a great deal because the space was poorly designed and needed a lot of renovation. CWA+D stuck with us while we secured another space. Throughout the process they asked all the right questions and successfully reconfigured and redesigned the new offices to be sleek and impressive and suit our firm’s need for both collaborative space and areas for quiet concentration. Most importantly, all within our budget.
