For over eighty years Dalgliesh Gilpin Paxton Architects has worked in a variety of architectural styles and building types throughout the United States and the Caribbean Islands. Among our projects are sites of national importance, including the monuments in Washington, D.C., and Monticello. Our designs respond to each client’s unique site, program, and budget, while respecting the surrounding natural and built environment. We integrate plan, elevation, landscape, and interior design to create timeless buildings and interiors with abundant natural light and strong connections to the outdoors. Bob Paxton, Roger Birle, and Eric Amtmann are the principals of this diverse architectural practice. One or more principals lead each project, working in collaboration with our project architects and support staff.
