So many things that make Dan great. He has experience in the construction field, he has an education in fine art, he teaches and he is up to date on all of the newest tools of his trade. Dan impressed us as being professional, and creative. The project was a home addition. We threw a number of requirements at him, including an indoor Endless Pool, a sunroom, deck, and patio. He managed to integrate all of our requests very nicely, and kept the style of the addition in keeping with the home and its surroundings. We're very pleased.

I found Dan to be very responsive to our desires for the rebuild of our lake house. As my wife and I can sometimes be different in what we want, Dan was able to listen and provide great solutions. When there was an issue brought up by the builder concerning a structural concern, Dan was very responsive in working with him to provide a solution that did not interrupt the design. Daniel did a fantastic job designing a renovation to our 1950s Cape Cod that modernized the floor plan while maintaining the charm of the original house. Daniel's design gave us a more open floor plan, a beautiful kitchen, and enhanced curb appeal. He was patient and flexible during the lengthy design phase and we could not be more thrilled with the results. We definitely recommend Daniel!

I used Dan for my new home construction plans 10 years ago and again last month for a 2 car garage addition. Dan is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. His technical skills and knowledge are impeccable and his design skills significantly improved the final results of these projects. My wife and I bought our first house and it needed some serious layout changes. The property was beautiful, but the interior was dated and layout was unpractical. We hired Daniel and his team to help us develop layout ideas that would modernize the house. Their ideas were great and they were able to put them on paper to help us visualize what the final project would look like. I would recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking to make layout changes to their property. Daniel is also skilled in design from the ground up, as he also designed our neighbors beautiful house next door. His team is professional and they stick to the timelines they set for themselves. Mr. Ebner performed a detailed layout of the existing home and offered several different scenerios for our re-modeling project. Some options we had not even thought of before. We like them more than our original idea! OVerall a very good experience with his firm. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in remodeling or building from scratch.

Professional Landscape Associates

A Kitchen makeover Wonderful use of space reusing European kitchen and retrofitting to older style home. Both appliances and lighting were phenomenal . I believe the homeowner was ecstatic with the outcome . From the outside the addition and changes blended seamlessly with the architecture thereby not infringing on the space.

Services were for an addition consisting of a gameroom, full bath, secondary foyer, additional garage and exterior patio with a deck above and built-in barbeque. Dan was able to work well with the challenges of our particular lot and the structures already present and still provide us with a fabulous end result which we positively love. I would highly recommend him.
