Established in 1984, David A. Kaech & Associates is a family owned and operated Architectural Firm that specializes in all forms of Residential Architecture. From the simplest of remodels to the most challenging and complex, the goal of our firm is a final product that exceeds the desires of our clients yet always being mindful of their budget concerns. Our desire is to provide a design that does not look like an addition or a remodel but a design that is thoughtfully incorporated to look as though it existed as part of the original home from the beginning. Owner, President and Architect, David Kaech, has over 50 years of experience and has been a licensed Architect for more than 40 years . After partnering in a large Southern California firm for over 12 years, David founded David A. Kaech & Associates, Inc. in 1984. Vice President and Senior Designer, Stephen Kaech, joined the firm in 1989 coming out of a Commercial background as a Project Manager for the Thrifty Corporation. David A. Kaech & Associates' strong tie to family is what sets us apart from other firms and allows us to connect with our clients on a personal level with one goal in mind, "Our Family, Serving Your Family".
