I worked with David to design a new entry way into our house, a mud room, a family room and to relocate the two car garage. His ideas and design completely met and exceeded our expectations, providing us with the additional space but maintaining the architectural integrity of the house. We had seen too many cases where the addition looked out of place and were worried this would happen to us. David came up with a great design that fit seamlessly with our goals. Dave provided complete architectural designs for our new home. They included kitchen design as well as coffered ceilings, mahogony paneled library, crown moldings, soffits in ceilings and others detail moldings throughout the house. Dave specified doors, windows, moldings, banisters, etc.etc. Dave was extremely detailed oriented and made very efficient use of all of the space. the details that Dave provided made it easier for the builder and carpenters to implement. Our home is beautiful and full of interesting architectural details, thanks to the talented work of Dave Phillips. I would recommend Dave to anyone building or renovating a home.
