Working with Dayton, at a professional level, has always been a pleasure. Dayton, Mary and Laurie are top notch designers. They have always seen Zig Builders, and our clients visions better than anyone else!

Many of our homes were designed in collaboration with Dayton Home Designs. Dayton offers beautiful and unique ideas to make our homes really stand out.

We have have hired Dayton for at least 3 projects in our early 1960's home when we were planning to remodel both outside and inside. He is very easy to work with and has great ideas. We like to tell him what we want to put together and he helps us work out the details so everything flows well and the project looks like a beautiful part of the original house (or a perfectly thought out extension of the original home). We could never have foreseen all of the issues without Dayton and he really helped us make sure we did not make expensive mistakes. His drawings help you picture exactly what will be done. Love him!!!! He usually designs new homes but he's been great for remodeling with us.
