I recently had the opportunity to work with Deborah & Co. on renovating what is now our dream home. Although we had some inevitable setbacks, I am beyond happy with the result and the way Deborah and team addressed our needs. Very professional and dependable. Debrah Gans was our architect for a bathroom remodeling project 13 years ago. We love our bathrooms and still enjoy them every day. Deborah Gans really helped us to re-envision the space and I highly recommend her.

Deborah Gans is an extraordinary architect: she listens, she's thoughtful, creative, responsive, and a person with enormous integrity. Throughout our project we felt we had a partner and a collaborator, even as we understood that Deborah was bringing a level of professional expertise and vision to us that was far beyond our capacity. We were delighted to have her creativity fueling a project that was small in size, but quite significantly transformed our home. NB: We have not had a chance to take professional photographs our new sunroom, but we hope these give you some sense of the place.

I wish I could invite you all in to see my spectacular brownstone in Brooklyn. I had owned it for 20 years when I hired Deborah Gans to save it (it was collapsing) and reinvent it (it was a warren of awkward rooms). She turned into an airy, light-filled, elegant but modern, completely comfortable but also gorgeous home. She knew when to spend money, and when to hold back. She was inventive without being scarily inventive. When there were problems, as there always are, she figured out how to solve them, and held my hand at the same time. There is not one thing I would change. I feel like the luckiest homeowner ever.
